That’s the question I posed to myself tonight. I mean, a website needs to be about something right? After playing around with a few “niche” ideas nothing stuck. Probably because I don’t want to put any limitations on my creativity, or at the very least, the site’s content. I guess then this really takes the shape of a personal blog, nothing more.
So now the question is: Who am I?
I am a professional freelance designer, artist, developer, programmer (to some extent). I realize that after freelancing full-time for the last few years, my biggest mistake is not making enough effort to showcase my work and ideas to an audience. So what you’ll find here will be related mostly to the world of online and offline publishing and the marketing strategy behind the projects. Plus, some fun and enlightening looks at the technology we have to play with, and some goodies from the studio for you to play with too.
Here is a Flash file that automatically scrolls content based upon mouse position when over the content area. The scroll bar to the right works in a traditional way and has a nice motion-smoothing effect. Also, if the content area is not “tall” enough to require scrolling, the scroll bar disappears and auto scrolling is disabled. Here is a link to download the source files: KDautoscroll.zip
There was once and artist who loved to paint, so he went to art school. There was once an art student who became fond of computers, so he became a graphic artist. There was then a graphic artist who became obsessed with Flash, so he became a web designer. This web designer soon discovered the amazing powers of simple code, so he changed his title to “web developer”.
